FAQ

Everything you need to know before ordering your collectible piece.

Are your helmets official or licensed?

No. Our helmets are decorative collectible pieces inspired by the world of motorsport. They are neither official nor licensed, and imply no affiliation with F1, the FIA, teams, drivers, sponsors or manufacturers.

What scale are your helmets?

Our collectible helmets are made at 1:1 scale, i.e. life-size, for a faithful look and optimal display.

What are the production and shipping times?

Every piece is made to order and hand-painted: allow 4 to 5 weeks of production, then free tracked FedEx shipping. You receive the tracking reference as soon as it ships.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online payment is secured by Stripe: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus Klarna instalments depending on your profile. No card data ever touches our servers.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return the piece in its original packaging. Custom-configured pieces (size, visor, options) are exchanged or refunded case by case — contact us before any return.

Can I customize my helmet?

Yes. On selected references, our configurator lets you choose the size, visor tint and options such as aerodynamic appendices or the decorative HANS system. For a fully bespoke request, use the “Request this piece” button on the product page.

How do I care for and display my piece?

A dry microfibre cloth is enough to dust the shell. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight (UV) which can alter the clearcoat, and damp rooms. A stand or display case extends the paintwork's life.

Are your helmets certified for driving?

No. These are decorative collectible pieces only. They are not designed or certified for protective use or driving.

Decorative collectible pieces inspired by motorsport. Unofficial, unlicensed, with no affiliation to F1, the FIA, teams, drivers, sponsors or manufacturers. Not intended for protective use.
