How to choose your first 1:1 collectible helmet

·1 min read

Size, livery, finish, budget: the complete guide to choosing your first 1:1 scale collectible helmet.

Starting a 1:1 helmet collection is an exciting journey. Here are the essentials to make the right choice with your very first piece.

1. Choose a livery that speaks to you

Favourite driver, defining season, memorable Grand Prix: the livery is what makes each helmet unique. Browse our collections by driver, by team or by Grand Prix for inspiration.

2. Understand 1:1 scale

A 1:1 helmet reproduces the real size of a racing helmet. It is a high-impact display piece, ideal in a cabinet or on a stand.

3. The finish makes the difference

Hand-painted paint, lacquer, tinted visor and finishing details give each piece its collector-grade character. Aim for visual fidelity rather than technical homologation: our helmets are decorative (display-only).

4. Set your budget

Pieces in our catalogue are offered at a single price of €1,500. Special editions and options (mirror visor, aerodynamic appendices) can change the price.

5. Bespoke or catalogue?

Have a precise idea in mind? Our workshop makes bespoke creations. Otherwise, the catalogue already covers dozens of liveries. To go further, read our collector's guide.
